Impact Research
Educational case studies based on publicly available information, court records, and academic research.
FAC presents educational case studies based on publicly available information, court records, and academic research. These materials are designed to improve public understanding of how allegations are addressed within the Canadian legal system, including criminal and family law procedures.
According to Statistics Canada, 7% of reported sexual assault cases were classified as unfounded in 2022. This and other publicly reported data help inform educational materials about how reports are processed within the justice system.
All materials are neutral and do not promote any point of view. FAC does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or advocacy for changes in law or public policy.
